Junkers & Zepplin - P3133 movement





Note the difference: crown, rim, hands. 
Junkers seems to give me a more vintage feeling than Zeppelin, especially the crown and rim on face :)

Poljot



OKEAH


as i opened the package, to my surprise, the watch was extremely beautiful, I immediately fell in love with my Okeah :) 

never seen a watch as beautiful as this... :-)



 

Produced by: 
1st Moscow watch factory with intention for use by the Navy officers

Year: 1970s

Design: 1st chronograph wristwatch developed.  The staffs were given a State Bonus Reward 

 
Later years:
This watches were modified for use by the Air Force and named as Sturmanski.  They were only made available for the  public in the 1980s

 



Movement: 
Poljot 3133 - the 2 piece reset lever indicates the first version of Poljot 3133





Serial no: 9552

Note:
my intention is to collect as many Poljots made with the 3133 first version.
Upon receiving each watch, i will immediately remove the back case cover to admire :) :) and my samsung note will be ever ready to take many beautiful watch pictures... hee ;-)
The amount of love and time spent on this Soviet watches, and their calibers are unimaginable.... :-)

History:
Dec 2, 1990. Japanese Journalist-Cosmonaut Ayikama, was the first civilian to be on the paid Soviet space flight.  

He was wearing the cal.31659 Poljot Sturmanskie watch :)

Bezel: non-rotating

Note:
1) No crown at 9 to rotate the bezel
2) Hacking version watch - when the crown is pulled out, it freezes the balance and hacks the watch.   

It is a lovely watch, keeping good time :)

Strela Chronograph - Silver

White dial with Silver hands and numbers




On the white dial - written in cyrillic Ctpena = Strela means arrow.  It's a remake model of the orignal but not quite the same due to the silver hands and numbers.

23 Jewels with red tachymeterscale

Second hand with red tip pointer.

Note: 
This is a very beautiful and elegant watch expensive, and has that expensive look. One of my favourite :)

Replica chronograph watch:-
the original case design, hands, crown and dial were being preserved as claimed by Poljot International.

History:
in 1965, soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov wore similar watch during the world's 1st space walk.
